Colin Pearce

Colin is a Fine Art Photographer, based in Surrey, England. He became a full time Photographer in 2008, after a career as a Mouldmaker and Lifecaster in the world of wax figure production for Madame Tussauds Studios. He decided it was time to explore his own imagination and sensitivity by producing work under his own name.

His photographic work documents life in our modern world, explored through beauty, horror, time, light and colour.The word "Hybrid" is at the core of everything he creates. He cross-breeds ideas and subjects to create a totally new perspection, to make the viewer look and explore in a thought provoking way.

He made his debut at The Landmark Midsummer Art Fair in June 2009 and was chosen from the eighty artists to front the publicity campaign with the image "La Foret Blanche." He went on to present my first solo show "Hybrid" in July 2009.

His work has been published in numerous magazines including RA Magazine, Art Quarterly, Kew Magazine and Time And Leisure. His photography was most recently profiled with a whole page feature for The Surrey Herald newspaper published on 8th July 2009.

Colin is also available for private commission work. Smaller A4 sized editions of this work are available on request.
